Juste is an independent NDIS provider directory and operations platform. Participants and families can search and find support workers and providers for free. Providers get a listed profile plus a full business system: compliance tracking, service agreements, NDIS-compliant invoicing, expense and mileage tracking, and a tax-time export for their accountant.

Is Juste free for participants?

Yes. Participants and families can browse the Juste directory, view provider profiles and contact providers at no cost. No account is needed to search.

How much does Juste cost for providers?

Juste charges a flat membership fee based on team size, starting from A$29 per month for the Solo tier for independent support workers. There is no commission on any job or booking, ever. Providers keep 100 percent of what they earn.

Is Juste affiliated with the NDIA?

No. Juste is an independent platform operated by Leah Justyce Art Gallery (ABN 73 658 665 321). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the National Disability Insurance Agency or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Can independent support workers use Juste?

Yes. Juste is specifically built for independent support workers operating as sole traders. The Solo membership tier is designed for a single operator and includes a directory listing, compliance register, service agreement builder, NDIS-compliant invoicing, expense tracking, mileage log and a tax-time export.

How does NDIS invoicing work on Juste?

Juste builds NDIS tax invoices from the current 2026-27 support-item catalogue. Providers select the support item, enter hours and dates, and Juste calculates the total with price-cap warnings. Invoices can be emailed to plan managers or participants and exported for PRODA. Most NDIS supports are GST-free, and Juste handles this correctly per invoice.

What is a service agreement and does Juste provide one?

A service agreement is a document between a provider and a participant that sets out the supports to be delivered, pricing, cancellation terms and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Juste includes a service agreement builder that generates a compliant template covering all required sections, which can be printed or saved as a PDF.

How does Juste help with NDIS compliance?

Juste includes a compliance register where providers and agencies can store credentials including NDIS Worker Screening clearances, WWVP checks, First Aid, CPR, insurance certificates and qualifications. The register tracks expiry dates and shows alerts when credentials are expiring within 60 days.
