Invoices can be emailed to plan managers or participants and exported for PRODA. Most NDIS supports are GST-free, and Juste handles this correctly per invoice.

What is a service agreement and does Juste provide one?

A service agreement is a document between a provider and a participant that sets out the supports to be delivered, pricing, cancellation terms and the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Juste includes a service agreement builder that generates a compliant template covering all required sections, which can be printed or saved as a PDF.
